Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchange or refunds on Earrings so please do take the time to choose carefully and make sure you love your items!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
All of our products are individually quality checked before dispatch however returns and exchanges will, of course, be accepted if your jewellery is faulty or damaged upon receiving your order.
Faults or damages must be reported to email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition and be unworn. You may choose to have this item exchanged or to receive a refund.
If you would like to exchange an item for something else (with the exception of earrings which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons), please request a refund via firstname.lastname@example.org, return the original item and place a new order.
Once a refund is approved, payment is automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
