Delivery Information
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email — this means we have received your order.
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday).
If you place your order before 3:00 PM CEST, we will process it the same day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can expect your package to arrive within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Currently, we ship only within US.
Shipping is free for all orders.
Delivery Delays
If the expected processing and delivery period has passed and you have not yet received your order, please don’t worry.
Allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after that period, please contact us and include your order number so we can investigate the issue.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email us at Business@lsecommerce.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please take clear photos and send them via email to Business@lsecommerce.com, including your order number.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
