Important Information

  • You have 30 days to return your order.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days.

  • No restocking fees apply.

Return Procedure

Regardless of the reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

We will guide you through the process. Carefully package your items and send them back using a reliable carrier.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, but no restocking fees will be charged.


Refunds

Once your return has been processed, a full refund will automatically be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

If your refund takes longer than expected, please contact us — we will review the situation and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with an item and wish to exchange it? No problem!
Contact us at Business@lsecommerce.com and specify which items you would like to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
We will do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.


Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us at Business@lsecommerce.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please take clear photos and send them to Business@lsecommerce.com, including your order number.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
